If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we can send a gift card to you for the value of the purchase.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.All refunds, returns or exchanges must be initiated by email within 30 calendar days of the original purchase.
To return your product, please mail your product to: 1 Mariposa Place, Port Melbourne 3207, using the envelope you received your purchases in - it has a second sticky strip so you can re-use it!
